Justin is an inquisitive person, constantly asking why, and never stopping at a superficial answer. This curiosity often leads him to new insights, or creative ideas which have helped him along his career path. Before pursuing his MBA, Justin worked in group insurance as an underwriter where he led and trained a small team in just a few short years.
After his MBA, he joined CIBC through the rotation program, and has worked in various teams across the bank, across many lines of business, and is currently a Senior Manager in Business Banking focusing on making banking easier for our frontline and clients.
Justin is passionate about continuous development, both for himself and others, pushing the boundaries of what is possible, and finding a way to improve the world around him.
