I’m a leader within Deloitte Digital’s Customer Products team with over 13 years of consulting experience, focused on driving complex transformation programs across Consumer, Financial Services, and Insurance industries.
I bring together cross-functional teams to design next-gen customer experiences, applying AI and emerging technologies to solve real problems and create best-in-class, human-centered digital products. As Deloitte Canada’s OneTrust Alliance Leader, I also help clients manage the end-to-end consent and preference management journey—enabling personalized, trusted digital experiences that build customer confidence and loyalty.
Beyond client work, I’m deeply committed to building inclusive, high-performing teams. I serve as Vice President of Ascend Canada, leading our Sponsorship team to support Pan-Asian talent and advance equity in leadership. I’m also a mentor within Deloitte’s Canadian Asian Network, supporting the growth and development of Asian professionals across the firm.
