As a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Organizational Coach, Bronche brings over two decades of leadership experience to her coaching and consulting practice. Formerly a Tax Partner at KPMG in Canada, she leveraged her business acumen in advising some of the firm’s largest real estate clients in Vancouver. Throughout her 27-year career at the firm, Bronche held various leadership roles, serving as the HR Partner of KPMG’s tax practice in the Greater Vancouver Area and championing numerous initiatives to support equity, diversity and inclusion.
Her commitment to leadership and talent development led her to pursue coaching accreditations and emotional intelligence training, marking a pivotal shift in her career. Today, Bronche specializes in supporting executives and emerging leaders to achieve their career and personal goals. She also supports organizations on team building, talent development and strategic business initiatives.
As an immigrant, female leader and working mother of three, Bronche brings cultural sensitivity and empathy to her work, shaping an inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. She was recognized in 2023 as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Vancouver.
